Founderland’s legal identity, charitable status, contact details, and donation disclosures.
Based on the policy revised March 1, 2025Founderland gUG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a nonprofit organisation registered in Germany. Its mission is to support women of colour entrepreneurs across Europe through access to capital, networks, and resources.
Founderland gUG is recognised as a charitable entity under German tax law (§52 AO). Donations may be tax-deductible in Germany. Donors elsewhere should consult their local tax authority or professional adviser.
Donations are final and may be made through the payment methods Founderland offers. Third-party processors maintain their own terms and privacy practices. Founderland is not responsible for those external agreements.
Founderland operates under German nonprofit rules. Registration with an authority outside Germany does not constitute endorsement by that jurisdiction. Founderland is not a US 501(c)(3), so contributions may not be deductible under US federal law. Founderland does not accept responsibility for the content of linked external pages.
