Structured connection
Built across borders.
Rooted in real relationships.
Regional meetups, workshops, and webinars replace fragmented support with consistent places to exchange knowledge, opportunity, and honest experience.
Ambassador Programme
Local leaders make the network feel close.
Founderland Ambassadors are volunteer leaders and members of the founder community based in cities across Europe and the UK. They organise meetups, share relevant opportunities, and strengthen relationships within their regional ecosystems.
The programme keeps community peer-led, place-based, and informed by the lived experience of women of colour entrepreneurs.
Workshops & webinars
Useful knowledge should travel.
Founderland runs accessible virtual sessions led by founders, operators, and ecosystem leaders. Topics span fundraising, growth, leadership, and technology adoption.
Sessions are designed to be actionable and inclusive. Member recordings make learning available regardless of geography or schedule.
